Discover GTK application structure

Hi, is there any program to view GTK apps structure

For example I want to customize style of editing tabs in Gedit, but I can't
do just widget_class "*<GtkNotebook*" style "s"...
because all GtkNotebook widgets in Gedit will be modified. So I have to find
somehow only one widget that I need.

Is there any way to do this except digging source code of app ?
