(I assume you mean "Pelles C" (Pelle's C) and not PelleC. "Pelle" is a
common nickname for the Swedish first name "Per" (mostly like "Peter",
I guess).)

Why don't you try, and tell us?

Although, why anybody would want to use anything other than gcc (which
means you are using the same compiler that the overwhelming majority
of GTK+ application developers, on Linux, use) or MSVC (which is,
after all, the "industry standard" compiler on Windows) is not clear
to me.
