I'd like to make images appear on buttons, particularly buttons produced from stock items. Navigating the Gtk Reference Manual has made it clear that I somehow need to activate the "gtk-button-images" property of the GtkSettings object for my screen. However, this class appears woefully under-documented, and it's not at all clear how to do this.
