You can look at gtksheet from gtkextra2. What do you need is to put A, Band C together in same scrolled window, but combine them in a customwidget that always shows content of A and C.
But maybe gtksheet (version from CVS) can do exactly what do you want.There is a nice tutorial and a demo program in CVS.
