GtkTreeIter *iter_categorie
must be changed in
GtkTreeIter iter_categorie

and

gtk_tree_selection_get_selected (selection_categorie,
                    &store,
                    iter_categorie);
must be changed in
gtk_tree_selection_get_selected (selection_categorie,
                    &store,
                    &iter_categorie);

But I don't understand why !
