What does *gnome integration" mean for a GTK app?

Do all GTK apps integrate equally well together and with GNOME?

What does "GNOME integration" buy you?  Please give examples?


Is there some extra work one must do to get this "integration"
in their GTK app?

(I'm wondering if wxGTK apps will work with GNOME)
