How would this make gtk apps look better? The idea is you want gtk apps to integrate by naking them look like a native win32 app. Thus you want the title bar (window title) and decorations to be normal windows ones.

Many of the screenshots were probably taken on a desktop running Gnome,
which follows and uses the currently installed .gtkrc to find its theme.

So what you're seeing is "the app uses the current theme to draw the actual
window, and then the window manager uses the same theme to draw the titlebar".
