Win32 API HInstance and gtk+ - how?

Tell me, please, if there is any way to get a Win API application 
instance handle
in a gtkmm application just as it is needed in this function:
HWND MCIWndCreate(HWND hwndParent, HINSTANCE hInstance, DWORD 
dwStyle,     LPSTR szFile);
