Maximus,

as I use debian tools for cross-compialtions, i usually search for
packages (from specific header) at
<http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages>. This time, I found out
"ft2build.h" is a header from 'libfreetype6-dev' package.

FILE                                                       PACKAGE

usr/include/ft2build.h			 libdevel/libfreetype6-dev

take a look at:

<http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?word=ft2build.h&searchmode=searchword&case=insensitive&version=stable&arch=i386>

btw, are you building every thing from scratch. Make sure you are
saving your FS, to simplify future work :). Advice: use scratchbox ;)
