Themes go into ${HOME}/.themes/ for example ${HOME}/.themes/Grand-Canyon. The engines go into ${HOME}/.gtk-2.0/2.4.0/engines/ for example ${HOME}/.gtk-2.0/2.4.0/engines/libpixmap.so. That's all, nothing else has to be done, gtk+ will automatically find the theme engines now. Oh, and if it still not works, do a strace gedit >& gedit_strace.txt grep pixmap gedit_strace.txt (if you're using libpixmap.so), this should reveal more info (most likely, you've installed an engine which needs a more recent libglib; in that case, try to compile the engine yourself). -- Kind regards, Andi _______________________________________________ gtk-list@xxxxxxxxx http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gtk-list
