There was never a "native" OS/2 port, just some work so that GTK+ for X could be compiled for OS/2. Even that wasn't done properly ... #ifdef __EMX__ scattered throughout GTK+ rather than doing the work properly in GLib, so it was eventually removed. (*) My gut instinct is that we'd be pretty unlikely to take patches at this point even if done properly; there hasn't been a flicker of interest in the last 5 years so the potential user base must be pretty small.
