My problem is that, being new in Gtk, I don't know nothing about colormaps. That was the problem. Those two functions don't work if the color you're using is not on the colormap of the graphic context (by the way, I don't know what's a colormap). I only have seen it for Linux. Looking to the mailing list of Cairo, I've seen that there is no Win32 binaries yet and that nobody has got it working on Mingw.
