manually uninstalling the gimp

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

This problem has probably been addressed many times before, but please have pity on me...when I try and run the setup I am told that some files of the previous version of the gimp still remain on my computer and am asked to manually uninstall them. This is on a windows platform.

I tried to find all the files, even searching for gtk files in other directories, but there are still some lurking on my computer. Is there any comprehensive way to uninstall the program and remove all the files? I also no longer have the automatic uninstall - is there some way of running an uninstall program?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry to wate your time with such trivial matters!!!

Felicity
