What does that mean? That's not what e.g. I would expect, if I understand the operation correctly. Isn't it something, where the "expected" behaviour is largely dependant on the language in question and even on the particular situation and doesn't really have much to do with the character set?
True. I ment in en_US locale. It should disregard accents. That's how it should behave according to Unicode Collation Algorithm, I believe?
