Hi there, Related to the *.pc I got a question. I didn't try to install the new version of gtk yet event I download all the requirement file already. What I want to do is try to make the existing gtk came with redhat 9 work first. How every when I compile gtk code follow the instruction on gtk manual ther was and error. It said something like gtk+-2.0.pc is not found. What is the content of gtk+-2.0.pc look like? I try whereis gtk-2.0 and it found in /etc/gtk-2.0 /usr/.. Any advice? They still live there even you've removed devel packages from distro.
