Pbl with interface effects !!

Hi, i build a graphical interface with under woody / gnome 2.2 for the 
frame buffer...

With glade, the interface is "beautiful" with all effects.... but in a 
console under frame buffer, the interface is not "beautiful" ! All is 
flat !!!

I search about rc file with no succes !
