Can v4l2src with caps=image/jpeg ?

 How about the N800? Can it run with command line :

 gst-launch  v4l2src ! image/jpeg
width=640,height=480,bpp=24,depth=24,framerate=15/1 ! jpegdec ! xvimagesink
