Using MQTT for H.323 presence

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

queuing servers get more and more popular. After adding support for
AMQP last year, GnuGk now has a module to support MQTT as well.

You can use the MQTTAcct module to send call and registration status
events to the MQTT server.

This way you have an easy method to for example publish presence
information about which endpoints are registered and which are not.

Or you just use it as a gateway to store your accounting data in a
different service not directly supported. Or... your get the idea. ;-)

The code is on Github. Please give feedback and this will go into the
next release.

Regards,
Jan
