VidyoGateway Registration issue with production vs. lab

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

We use Vidyo as a H.323 to Vidyo gateway. Our production system is
working fine, but we're experimenting in the lab with the latest
version of GnuGK and Vidyo. The lab system doesn't appear to be
sending its prefixes to GnuGK. I've already opened a ticket with Vidyo
and they said that first I needed to make the prefixes identical. Not
sure how that helps, but sure, whatever. I've done that but still not
getting the prefixes to show up in GnuGK.

Our production system registration looks like this:
registrationRequest {
    requestSeqNum = 40865
    protocolIdentifier = 0.0.8.2250.0.6
    discoveryComplete = false
    callSignalAddress = 1 entries {

No prefixes. Is there a setting on GnuGK that I'm missing or
misconfigured, or is this strictly a Vidyo issue?
