I have added these options and the audio/video work now from Internet:
EnableH46018=1
H46023PublicIP=1
AlwaysRewriteSourceCallSignalAddress=0
H46023SignalGKRouted=1
I agree this is not the best practice and network configuration for the production.
Now, i have on the same host: asterisk(freepbx), gnugk and openmcu-ru work.
