Hi Thomas,

using signaling routing but not H.245 routing is quite common, even so
I wouldn't suggest using it in many cases.

In this config all Q.931 (Setup, Connect etc.) messages are routed
through the gatekeeper, but unless the endpoint negotiate H.245
tunneling, they will establish a direct TCP connection for H.245
(TerminalCapabilitySet, OpenLogicalChannel etc.).
This work well unless there is a firewall blocking the direct
connection...
