Quick update for the list:

As the manual states, [RasSrv::RewriteE164] is always rewriting
_prefixes_, so it always looks at the front of the alias and no special
notation is needed.

We found out that the only cases where the rewrite happened "in the
middle" where when the user dial a number like 1.2.3.4##601234.
Since the IP and the E164 are really transmitted in 2 fields over the
wire, the rewrite happened correctly at the beginning of the E164 (it
just wasn't what the user expected).
