Tandberg Gatekeeper

I have been successful in getting the gnugk
server an the Tandberg gatekeeper to see each other, but cannot make calls.
 I get the message "Your call cannot be completed because of
security or permission issues".  Below is my config.  What
am I missing?  Thanks
