Hi Robert, yes, if you fill your database table with a ForwardOnBusy for all your endpoints you can route all calls to an endpoint playing that message and then hang up. If you just want t play a generic message, take a look at OpenAM. BTW: You can do almost the same thing with the 'catchall' policy. You can't destinguish between mis-dialed numbers and busy but you'll automatically have it active for all endpoints.
