More if you want more than one call at the same time, although I think, more recent versions of the GGK may multiplex the RTP so that you indeed only need to ports for the RTP. If your H.245 is not tunneled in H.225 (on port 1720/tcp), you'll need additional TCP ports for this. Whether it is tunneled and stays so depends pretty much on the endpoints. And finally it depends on how you configure the GGK "to route calls [..] as a proxy". If you route calls by exchanging LRQ with other gatekeepers, you will need port 1719/udp. The same is true, if clients have to register through the firewall. But if the GGK and all the clients are on one side of the firewall and you route the calls using [PermanentEndpoint] or "RouteToGateway", you do not need 1719/udp.
