All failed, so tried to use the built in package, but that also failed.
1) Download: http://www.gnugk.org/h323download.html
2) Run
[root@example bin]# /usr/sbin/gnugk -c /etc/gatekeeper.ini -o /var/log/gnugk.log -ttt
/usr/sbin/gnugk: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.0.9.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
3) Search if it exist
[root@example bin]# locate libssl
/home/sun/.dropbox-dist/libssl.so.0.9.8
/opt/ExtDesigner/libssl.so.1.0.0
/opt/google/chrome/libssl3.so.1d
/usr/lib/.libssl.so.1.0.0d.hmac
/usr/lib/.libssl.so.10.hmac
/usr/lib/libssl.so
/usr/lib/libssl.so.1.0.0d
/usr/lib/libssl.so.10
/usr/lib/libssl3.so
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/libssl.pc
[root@example bin]#

Shaum,
./configure finds an installed OpenH323/H323Plus headers it can't
interpret. I would suggest you compile from a source
installation and follow the compile instructions found here
