Hi Ionut, you can't do simple IP load balancing for H.323, because there lots of IP number s inside the H.323 messages. Sharing load is better done through a group of neighbored GnuGk's or a mix of routing and proxying gatekeepers. You should be able to use LVS for high-availability, though. There used to be a Howto how to do this with VRRP on FreeBSD, but I can't find it right now. Maybe somebody on the list has saved a copy.
