Robert; I've had incoming calls, both H.460.18 and simply proxied calls last much longer than 3602 seconds. Have you looked for external factors, specifically firewall type devices which may be terminating your call due to an idle H.225 or H.245 port. If there is, change tcp connection timeouts to 2 to 4 hours.
