I assume, you mean "unregistered" to GnuGk:
> AcceptUnregisteredCalls=0

This prevents unregistered calls through GnuGk, but you should also see
a message to that effect in the trace.

And yes, most of the "no audio/video" issues are caused by firewalls.
Try registering to GnuGk with H.460.18/.19 enabled.
