DefaultDomain is part of the rewrite code and not part of the routing. A
problem arises where the party being called is registered as a URI and if
the domain (via an SRV lookup) is stripped off then the party will not
receive the call. I think it better to keep it the way it is and the INI
setting will determine whether the domain is remoted or not.

If you have the 'srv' policy in your routing chain before the 'dns'
policy, the SRV lookup will happen before the A record lookup and all works
fine.

I think we should remove the DefaultDomain switch rather than extend it.
