SQLBILL terminatecause not updated

Hi

I am using sqlbill with gnugk 2.2.8.
I have noticed that some calls that gets disconnected with 0 duration get posted in to the DB but the record still holds the disconnecttime,accountstoptime as NULL and terminatecause is 0.

It looks like the call get instatly disconnected and the record is not updated with disconnecttime , terminatecause etc.

Please show me a way to troubleshoot this problem and fix it.
