Those are the ranges, maybe also T.120 if you are using that.

True, but thats the only solution without modifying the firewalls.

Yes, H.460.18/19 needs one part on each side of the firewall you want to
get through, the traversal server and the traversal client. The client
must be able to open connections to the server, so the direction of the
firewalls matter.
