Hi Andrew, the main load in proxy mode comes from forwarding the RTP traffic. So, for good performance, try to limit the bandwidth if you can, use the best gigabit network cards you can get and a very CPU heavy server. Make sure the processing gets evenly distributed among the CPU cores. The machine probably won't need a lot of memory.
