Hi Andrew,

I usually turn off gatekeeper registration in OpenMCU an register it as
a permanent endpoint in GnuGk. Then I assign that permanent endpoint a
prefix in the GnuGk config and OpenMCU will automatically create the
conference rooms for all numbers under that prefix when they are called.
