Codian make such a device known as the IPVCR, Tandberg make something
similar called Content Server and Polycom make the RSS2000 which again
does what you ask.

We are a UK based reseller of all 3 vendors, please let me know if you
require any further information.

Subject: Streaming and recording H.323

Do any of you know of a software package or a hardware device that can
be used to record H.323 video conferences and/or be used to stream them?
It would be nice if it integrated with GnuGK. We have some large
statewide view only conferences and it would be nice to either provide
them via a stream or record them so users could view them later. Any
advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Andrew
