Hi,
yes, it seems to be a bug. I will try to find out
where the h245Address field dissappears.

Subject: Connect
missing H245Address
Hi,
We have problems with
many communication attempts. symptomes
: User A calls user B. Phone of User B rings correctly. B answers but no voice is going
through.
I captured packets of the
corresponding call and tried to analyse the issue. It seems that sometimes (some calls are ok), gnugk does
not inform h245Address in connect message to A So A can't initiate the TCP session needed (the one with
terminalCapabilitySet if I understand correctly) I don't think it is the normal behavior but want your
feedback on this. If it is correct, do
you have any idea on how I can make my communication work? If it is not, I'll need a patch ;)
Attached is a zip file with - logfile surounding the communication with
problem - ethernet capture (ther may
have some packets not concerning this case) - gatekeeper.ini
In the
Connect message (Packet #66), the h245Address is not
present.
I compiled gnugk
(openh323gk) from the last CVS v2_2_7STABLE branch as of
2008-10-06 Everything else is running
the Stable version of Ubuntu 8.04.1
Thanks in advance for your help.
