Running GnuGk as a native Windows service

Hi,

I just checked in a patch so you can now set the compile flag
COMPILE_AS_SERVICE=1 and GnuGk will run as a native service on Windows.

Start it as
"gnugk install notray"

to install. There are new setting in the config so you can set the
TraceLevel and trace file [Logfile]Filename=.

The main reason we needed this is because on 64bit Vista none of the
tools worked any more to turn a console application into a service.
On Linux and when compiled without the switch, the command line options
don't change, but you can still use the new config options.

Regards,
Jan
