RTP port allocation

I was examining my gatekeeper log and saw these lines after a completed
video call:

yasocket.cxx(577) RTP Delete socket
10.2.4.241:1720<=>0.0.0.0:50060<=><PUBLIC IP>:49204
yasocket.cxx(577) RTCP Delete socket
10.2.4.241:1721<=>0.0.0.0:50061<=><PUBLIC IP>:49205
yasocket.cxx(577) RTP Delete socket
10.2.4.241:1722<=>0.0.0.0:50002<=><PUBLIC IP>:49626
yasocket.cxx(577) RTCP Delete socket
10.2.4.241:1723<=>0.0.0.0:50003<=><PUBLIC IP>:49627

In my gatekeeper.ini if have:

RTPPortRange=50000-50060

It appears to me that GnuGK is going one port beyond the upper limit of
my defined RTPPortRange and then it starts one port above my lower
limit. Am I reading the log correctly?
