With help from Jan,
I was able to compile 2.2.7 and have it up and running. I can dial out through
the state gatekeeper but can't receive calls. I have my GK configured as a
gateway (basic gatekeeper.ini is below) and it is directly connected to the
Internet with no firewalling (yet). All the endpoints in the state are assigned
E.264 numbers. How do I communicate the E.264 numbers of my endpoints (NATed
behind my local GK) to the state GK?
