Maybe you face a race condition when 2 endpoints try to register
and do not pause between subsequent rrq attempts. Maybe trying
OverwriteEPOnSameAddress=1/0 will help you. Anyway, you should
avoid this scenario (duplicate H.323IDs), as this is not supported.
