Problems with comunication between two gatekeepers

Hi

first of all, I would like to apologize for my english.

I need your help, I'm trying to configure the JABBER SERVER with videoconference, for that I'm use gnugk and NEOS clients (this support h323 and gatekeeper). My problem is that I've adapted the gatekeepers for my network structure, I'm new in the videoconference theme.

My network structure is: I have got a DMZ that has 3 PC's (Firewall, Proxy server and Mail server), the Firewall and the Mail server have firewalling rules. I installed my Jabber server in the Server Mail Machine, and my LAN are behind the Proxy Server, The Firewall server, the Proxy and the Mail Server are in the self network segment.

The Jabber's clients will connect through Neos, and need Video Conference inside my LAN, from the LAN to a client with Public IP and between two clients out my network. I installed a gatekeeper inside my Firewall another at my Server Proxy, for connect my LAN's clients with other clients out the network.

When I connect using Neos from two differents publics IP to firewall's gatekeeper I can have Video and Audio (altrought the quality was really bad), but a few time after both end points connections lost the audio. ¿Could it be firewall's gatekeeper?. How can I configure both Gatekeepers in order to have videoconference from public IP to my LAN?

Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated.
