Hi Michal,

Looking into the "cv" output, there is one interesting observation, the
output is exactly 10,240 bytes in length.  Could this be a problem with the
new modification of pausing after 10kb?  I can't understand why that would
be a problem.

I've tested clients running on both Linux and Windows, with the same
results.  Perhaps, it is something that only appears when the GK is running
under Windows?
