Attempt to re-register endpoint fails

On my gnugk console I see...

RRJ|75.81.180.87|13115552370:dialedDigits=Evelyn
McDonald:h323_ID|terminal|duplicateAlias;

When I do a ? I see:

AllRegistrations
RCF|216.2.34.230:1720|13115552369:dialedDigits=13115552369:h323_ID|terminal|2328_endp
RCF|67.107.145.54:1720|101:dialedDigits=12345:dialedDigits=fr03:h323_ID=100:dialedDigits|gateway|2064_endp
RCF|216.2.34.221:1720|13115552371:dialedDigits=Ed
Greenberg:h323_ID|terminal|2068_endp
RCF|216.2.34.237:1720|Intera
Tandberg:h323_ID=19252714779:dialedDigits|terminal|2074_endp
*RCF|75.81.180.87:33144|13115552370:dialedDigits=Evelyn
McDonald:h323_ID|terminal|2081_endp*
RCF|216.2.34.235:1720|13115552373:dialedDigits=Lenovo
User:h323_ID|terminal|2076_endp
Number of Endpoints: 6

I can't see any difference between the RRJ and the RCF that is on file.
So why is she unable to re-register when she restarts her endpoint (a
Polycom PVX setup.) Is it the port number? It's pretty common to stop
and restart an endpoint that exists only on a laptop.

How do we handle this without her having to call a help desk and ask to
be unregistered?
