Hi all! I am using the GNU GK v2.2.2 and it is used in a satellite network (a system which ESA is involved)... The GK is configured in H.225 Routed Mode. When I try to make a call from a user located at Terrestrial Network and a user located at Satellite Network the TCP connection (H.225) is not established because the [SYN, ACK] received from the Satellite user terminal arrives too late. The GK sends a Release Complete. Due to the high delay of connecion establishment of this Satellite Network (more than 6 seconds) the VoIP call CANNOT BE ESTABLISHED!! I have increased the SignalTimeout an Setuptimeout values with not success at all. It happens always the same: The GK sends a [SYN] TCP message. After 3 seconds, it retries to send a second [SYN] and after 3 more seconds the GK interprehets that the H.225 cannot be established and it is finally dropped with a Release Complete H.225 message. After these ReleaseCompelte messages, it arrives the [SYN,ACK] messages from Satellite Connections. Too Late!! The fact is that we want to either increase the number of TCP [SYN] retries of the GNU GK or increase the 3 seconds timeout between [SYN] tries. Does anybody have an idea in order to do it? Thanks Victor _________________________________________________________________ Un amor, una aventura, compañía para un viaje.
