This has nothing to do with the Gatekeeper being behind a NAT, the gatekeeper is on the public internet now I understand. You need either 1. have an EP that can masquade itself as being on "ext interface2" (and port forward) or... 2. Set ProxyForNat=0 [Proxy] ProxyForNat=0 and port forward TCP port 1720 and the UDP RTP Range of EP2 (usually 50000 - 50999) or... 3. Port forward TCP 1720 (to receive calls) and proxy the media. or.. 4. Use PacPhone or GnuGk NatAware IP Phone and proxy media (no port forwardings required). This is the current range of choices.
