You didn't sent a trace 5 of a call. However your ini file has some mistakes (title of section comented but instances in that section not commented) and it is a little complicated and sometimes redundant. Try to make it simpler, read the manual and refine your ini file. Do not make unnecessary settings and all will be ok.
If quintum works when called directly then there is nothing to change there. Check only the gnugk.ini file and find help in trace 5 messages.

If I send one call Direct since my Addpac the call connect, but if a send one call since my Addpac to GK and it to my GW the call what you will see is ARJ.
