RST, ACK instead of SYN, ACK

Hello

I have a problem with setting up an interconnect with GNU-gatekeeper. From the far end I get a TCP message [SYN] from port 48092 > port 1720, the reply from our side is a [RST,ACK] in the other direction. Shouldn´t it be a [SYN,ACK]?

What can I do in that case? Could it be a fault in my configuration?

André
