Yes, this works, but will enable sending the accounting request on SETUP of the call, I will not be correct for the billing of the real duration of the call.

Try to add Start in RadAcct configuration like:

[Gatekeeper::Acct]
RadAcct=required;start,stop,connect,update
FileAcct=required
