RewriteCLI Error?

Hi,

I have this lines on my config:

[RewriteCLI]
RemoveH323Id=0
in:AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD=cli:1....=212515....

I want to change CLI numbers like '12345' to '2125152345'. In manual
(http://www.gnugk.org/gnugk-manual-6.html#ss6.6 example 3) it says that this
rule would match only 5 digits CLI numbers. And here comes my doubts
questions:
1) I see on practice is that it matches any number beginning with '1'.
   Any number from any length. P.ex.: '1138849781' is changed to
   '212515....'. Why?
2) Can the last 4 digits be preserved on the destination pattern?

My GK version is:
 Gatekeeper(GNU) Version(2.2.3)
  Ext(pthreads=1,radius=1,mysql=1,pgsql=1,large_fdset=0)
  Build(Aug 25 2005, 12:47:09) Sys(Linux i686 2.6.5-7.201-default)

Edson.
