Tom In version 2.2.5 there is a new section called RewriteAlias. Its the same as E164 except you can rewrite aliases. So an alias can be rewritten as an E.164 number. so calling tom rewrites to 12345 which then can be routed to the permanent endpoint. Will that help your situation?
